It is my pleasure to write this letter of recommendation for Janice Kabarsky. Janice has been giving care for my two children, ages 1 and 9 years old, for about a year. She has always been very dependable and flexible, which was of great importance to me as a full-time working parent. Her pleasant nature and positive attitude have made it enjoyable to work and communicate with Janice.
As a family daycare provider, Janice possesses strong teaching skills and understanding of developemental needs of children of different ages. During the time she has worked with my boys, she has proven to be well-organized, competent and resourceful as a teacher. She has been providing a wide variety of play and learning activities for the kids, and they have always enjoyed going to her day care.
I would like to recommend, without reservation, Janice Kabarsky for providing family day care for your child. She is a wonderful person and a knowledgeable teacher.

I have known Janice since January of 2008 when I went back to work and needed someone to care for my 4 month old son Noah. Since then I have come to know and love both Janice and the rest of her family. On the days that it is difficult to leave and go to work I take comfort in the fact that he is being cared for by someone who genuinely cares for him and is looking out for his best interest. In the time that I have known Janice these are the things I have come to appreciate:
Flexible - Janice is extremely flexible. Whether my work schedule changes from one week to the next or Noah has a doctor's appointment, it is easy to coordinate with Janice when Noah can be dropped off and picked up. In addition to this Janice listens to me and the requests I make as Noah's mother. If I ask her to reinforce something we are working on at home I know she will.
Loving - I know Noah is excited to be at Janice's house because he starts to smile as soon as I park the car. Janice cares for Noah as if he was her own and it shows through Noah's attitude toward her.
Educational - Janice takes every opportunity to teach Noah on a level that is appropriate for his age. She continually teaches Noah about verbal skills, colors, animals, concepts, etc through conversation. Noah has learned many important things from the "life lessons" Janice gives. Janice takes the time to interact with Noah. The television is rarely on when I come to pick up Noah.
Communication - Janice takes time each day to go over how Noah did. She lets me know if he didn't care for a particular food, how well he napped, how he behaved, ect. If anything out of the ordinary happened she will let me know as well. I appreciate that she keeps me updated on everything.
Family - Janice is very family oriented. Her husband, Rich, and son, Ryan, are also very involved in her daycare. When I first met Janice she had her family there for me to meet as well. When Noah turned 1 her family came with her to Noah's birthday party. Ryan is one of Noah's favorite playmates. It is a wonderful feeling to know your child has so many people that care for him.

The care my children have received from Precious little Ones, Inc is indescribable. I have a 7 year old and a 1 year old and they think of Janice more like a "second mom" than they do a baby sitter. My 1 year old has been with Janice since he was 6 weeks old and has always received nothing but the best care from her. I wish I could describe the way he lights up when he sees her, you can tell he just loves being with her.
Over this past year, she has become more of a friend to me, and part of our family than anything else. Her home is clean, she has plenty of toys, highchairs, everything she needs to take care of the children. As a parent, I know how nerve wrecking it can be to come to that point in your life when you have to look for care (outside of family) for your children, and choosing Janice to care for my own children is the best decision I could have made. I am so thankful God led me to her.
